Microsoft Unveils New Patch
Microsoft has enjoyed the success of its Microsoft Office versions but it always has to come out with new ideas and plans to fix the security issues of Office and Windows. In the month of February Microsoft had to fix around 26 flaws through several bulletins. As far as issuing bulletins are concerned it varies from one month to the other in Microsoft.
The month of March is quite slow in terms of fixing patches for Microsoft and as per records back in the year 2009 around four were fixed. In the month of March 2010 Microsoft will issue two updates for security and fix around eight drawbacks which prevails in its Office and Windows versions.
The two bulletins which will be issued by Microsoft in the month of March are very important due to security reasons. Usually in these kinds of matters, Microsoft follows a scoring system which is classified into four levels. As per the design of the first bulletin it will cover Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 7.
All these operating systems hold a good chance of getting infected and thus the security updates will be quite imperative from the end of Microsoft. The second security update will deal with several virus related issues in the different versions of Excel ranging from the years 2002 to 2008. The various file conversion problems which one faces in Excel will be dealt with severely. Hope the two patches from Microsoft provides immediate solutions to the problems faced by consumers.
