Add Undo Option In Your Gmail Account



Sometimes when you just hit the send button for sending an Email, it happens that you instantly wish if you could take it back. The reason for this probably is that you picked "reply all" option while you only wanted to reply to one person. Sometimes you may spot grammar or spelling errors or realize that you forgot to add an attachment. Its most likely you were always longing for an Undo Button in your mail sending options. Your yearning has just come to an end as Gmail is going to facilitate you with this Undo option through some easy steps. Just follow these to add an undo option in your Gmail account.

Firstly just log onto your Gmail account and click "Settings" in the top right of the page. As your page open up, you will see a row of tabs across the top of the settings box. From there click on the "Labs" tab. Just try to scroll down the page to find the "Undo Send" setting. Just mark it "Enable." You can even enable any other switches that you might want to try. Then just scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes."

Therefore now when you will send an Email, you will have a few seconds to change your mind and stop it before it goes out. After you have done it, just give it a try. When you will hit send, you will see a box that says "Your message has been sent. Undo View message." From there you can click you can click "Undo" to stop the Email from being sent. From now just stop worrying about those Emails that slips out from your hands as Google will give you a chance to repair your mistake.
