Wi-Fi Is Getting Ready For FIFA Soccer World Cup


Recently Internet Solutions has announced that it has launched its 700th AlwaysOn hotspot in South Africa. They have effectively grown there Wi-Fi network by 50 percent for the past two years. Roughly at this stage about 70% of all per MB hotspot traffic throughout the country resides on the Internet Solutions network.

Internet Solutions has itself set up Wi-Fi hotspot partnerships with groups such as ACSA airports, Sun International, City Lodge, Extrabold, Three Cities Hotel Group, Mugg and Bean and the Seattle Coffee Company.

This particular partnerships has itself allowed Internet Solution to expand there Wi-Fi hotspot network and ensure that they have coverage where there customers need it most. Internet Solution’s main 700 AlwaysOn hotspots are made up of key locations through South Africa with a specific focus on the hospitality industry.

There main focus is very much around providing a great Internet experience for all the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup supporters and the media that are expected to attend this key event later this year.

This company has boosted their ADSL capacity to cope up with the demand. Internet Solution has put up ADSL capacity at key locations in order to meet the necessary demand that we mainly foresee in a couple of months time with our Wi-Fi connections.
